Claire Kituyi
Claire Namakangala Kituyi is an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya with over twelve years of distinguished experience in public prosecution, litigation, and legal advisory. She holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) from Moi University and a Master of Arts in Diplomacy, Development, and International Security from Daystar University. Her legal practice spans criminal and civil litigation, public interest and human rights law, as well as commercial and conveyancing matters. Claire has built a strong reputation for handling complex and high-profile cases, including anti-corruption, wildlife crime, and land fraud, drawing on her extensive tenure at the Office of the Director of Public Prosecutions.
She has also been actively engaged in regional and international litigation, including appearances before the East African Court of Justice, and has contributed to landmark human rights proceedings involving community representation at the international level. Renowned for her meticulous legal research, strategic litigation approach, and client-centered advisory, Claire delivers practical and results-driven solutions. Beyond her legal practice, she is deeply committed to mentorship, community legal education, and promoting access to justice for vulnerable and marginalized groups.
Beverline Sherryl Alubi
A Partner and Founder Member of Claire & Alubi Advocates with over three years of active practice as an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya. She is a driven and detail-oriented legal practitioner with a strong foundation in both advisory and dispute resolution work across multiple sectors.
Her practice spans Commercial & Corporate Law, Conveyancing, Litigation, Intellectual Property, Bank Securities, Alternative Dispute Resolution, Family Law, and Probate. She has particular expertise in NGO and CBO legal frameworks and is currently pursuing the Certified Public Secretaries (CPS) course.
